Service Provider Updates: 

@namehash presented ENSAdmin, a debugging tool for ENS w/ multi-chain support. They shared that ENSv2 contracts are public, enabling permissionless creation and funding of referral programs—open to experimentation.

Public Goods Funding: The ENS Octant PG round closes April 2nd. Giveth & Octant hosted Spaces all week, spotlighting projects and gathering support.

Grants Milestone Update: @borderlessaf presented progress since receiving its grant. Of 76 participants, 40 startups drive 4% of all stablecoin transaction volume in Africa. The 3rd cohort begins next week.

Public Goods Strategy: Rethinking funding, aiming to increase grant volume and reduce reliance on external actors. A shared doc is open for comments, with plans to post on the forum soon. Ecosystem alliances are also being explored for broader impact.
