• AUM at $67.4m
• funds 99.99% allocated
• APR at 3.38%. 
• TWAP paused since ETH price < $2k

Delegates debated budget ranking, UI readiness, and vote splitting. Key tensions: basic vs. extended scope, Snapshot vs. custom UI, and balancing idealism with practicality. 

Consensus: iterate w/ testing, add Netto’s algo, and revise per community feedback.
