Meta-Governance Updates — March 3, 2025 ✧

Today's meeting covered updates on treasury management, DAO tooling, the Service Provider Program, and coordination.

The endowment sits at $83.69M, though it's declined due to ETH price fluctuations. The DAO recently sold ~2.4K ETH at an average price of $2,670 USDC. A key discussion point was whether treasury decisions should be voted on separately or bundled into larger governance proposals.

Governance tooling improvements are underway. @AgoraGovernance looks to engage teams who'd like to give product feedback. Additionally, Dhive is improving governance analytics, making token holdings and voting data more accessible to ensure informed decision-making.

The Service Provider Program is in focus with Lighthouse and others asking how to apply, highlighting a need for clarity. 

The program funds teams to strengthen ENS. Discussions included balancing funding across protocol, governance, and applications.

The Working Group is considering a monthly coordination call to align ENS Labs, stewards, and delegates. Plans include refining Service Provider Program guidelines and structuring treasury decisions for DAO votes to enhance governance efficiency.
