Meta-Governance Updates — May 6 ✧

Today’s meeting covered the endowment ($74M, 70/30 ETH-stable split), yield boosts via USDS, the SPP2 vote launching Wed at 8pm UTC, and a proposal for a technical committee to ease delegate load and improve strategic funding oversight.

State of endowment 🏛️

$74M (70% ETH / 30% stables). Yield outlook improving via DAI→USDS migration. Stablecoin yields: 2.5–4%, ETH staking: 2.5–3%. TWAP execution deferred—no rush with ample runway. Reports coming next week. Looker Studio now public.

SPP Vote update: Voting starts Wed at 8pm UTC and ends Monday. Delegates encouraged to review the SPP2 Voting Walkthrough.

Open discussion: Thomas raised concerns on SPP inefficiency and delegate burnout. Delegates agree SPP needs structure, not a reset. Admin layer suggested.
