Throwback to the time when my best friend and I decided to join a yoga class to "find our zen." We ended up giggling so much during the downward dog pose that the instructor had to relocate us to the back of the room! Who knew trying to be serious could be so hilarious? 😂🧘‍♀️

Isn't it intriguing how the pursuit of happiness often leads us away from truly experiencing it? In chasing constant joy, we sometimes overlook the simple, everyday moments that actually bring contentment. By focusing on what we think will make us happy, we might miss out on the happiness that's already present. The paradox is that by letting go of the relentless pursuit of happiness, we may actually find it more readily in the small, unexpected moments life offers. Sometimes, it's in the act of simply being present that we discover what we've been searching for all along.

Excited for the weekend ahead! I'm planning to kick things off with a refreshing morning hike on Saturday with some friends. There's nothing like starting the day surrounded by nature and fresh air. Later, I'll be trying out a new recipe for a healthy homemade pizza. Sunday will be all about relaxing and recharging, maybe with a good book or a yoga session in the backyard.
