My mind's been a total mess lately with all the things I need to do. But I tried brain dumping my tasks onto a piece of paper and tackling them one by one - it felt so rewarding and efficient! Thinking about giving bullet journaling a shot. Anyone here tried it before?

I've been feeling the need for bullet journaling lately. I'm planning to give it a try soon. 130 $DEGEN

I find it very useful - it was originally designed by someone with ADHD. One thing about these systems though, is to give yourself permission to drop in and out of them, and change them up. You don't want your support system to be another chore you feel guilty about. BuJo is the one I've been most consistent with.
