Why is ATH down while DEGEN and most of the other coins on the L3 are up?

Projects on the L3 have been slower to bounce back after degen chain went down. The ironic part is that the chain updates that caused the downtime were supposed to reduce txn costs due to all the activity. Just need the team to ship and we’ll be back!
