We have Twitter for public debate, the App Store for software, YouTube, Wikipedia, & more--critical, global, billion-person infrastructure that's nonetheless in the "waterpark" category. In this case, there's a twist: Community Notes is public data, public algorithm. (Doing more than all the other web2 socials!) @bountybot $100 USDC bounty to download the data, run the algo & either prove or disprove the claim that Elon overrode it to remove a correct note from his post.

Also we can see that the note has been appearing on and off on the tweet demonstrating the changing dynamics of visibility of the note based on ratings. It is currently visible 9:38 PM Monday GMT- https://twitter.com/elonmusk/status/1766314798088614251. Let me know if this requires more evidence
