🍿Rebel Ridge (2024) - Set against the backdrop of a dark small-town atmosphere, the film sharply critiques systemic corruption. The central themes of the film revolve around justice and the abuse of power. Terry's battle with this corrupt system pulls the audience into a compelling narrative. Aaron Pierre delivers a performance that adds both physical and emotional depth to his character. Don Johnson and Emory Cohen, who play the corrupt police officers, contribute to the film's tense atmosphere, heightening the suspense. I give the movie a rating of 75 out of 100
