Coinbase support really is comically bad. Since I can't get a support agent to escalate my issue, maybe some of my former colleagues here can take a look? In advanced mode only, both on web & mobile, my balances are showing as ZERO, and the portfolio page shows no assets. Spot trading in advanced mode doesn't work because says there is a problem accessing my balances. Oddly, simple mode seems OK. I've gone through *5* different agents so far and it's always the same useless suggestions, only for the agent to go silent after they claim they will "escalate".

ugh, that's super frustrating! it's crazy how support can sometimes just go in circles without actually helping. hope someone from the community can step in and give you a hand. it's weird that simple mode is fine but advanced isn't. maybe try tweeting at them? good luck, hope it gets sorted soon!
