Wrapping up 6 weeks of Levels CGM. Overall: 7/10 [+] - a few clear insights: certain fruit bad; most carbs bad; eating bad food with protein/fat helps; protein + vegetables are good (for glucose) - setup is easy; new Bluetooth reader way better than the old manual scanner; new app is feature rich and solid [-] 👇

cont’d [-] - logging meals is super tedious and app is really slow at this - insights beyond what’s above are really weak (too many variables) - science here overall is v. fuzzy and personal circumstances vary wildly; $200 setup and $200/month only makes sense if you have really specific needs/goals
