Made some honey garlic short ribs the other night. So good

Salt, pepper and garlic, then coat heavily with honey. Put in oven for 2.5 hours at 325. After 60 mins, flip and season the other side the same. 

I pulled mine out about 10 mins early, just depends on the size. 

Works for beef short ribs or full beef ribs.  

Simple, and so good!
