Ramp is fully automated esp. when we set it up with rippling (which btw is a great idea but just wish there was as better product in front of that idea)

Ramp and rippling work fine. I was commenting on Rippling: the idea is incredible, the product leaves a lot to be desired though. It’s so slick to send an offer letter and just have someone show up in your slack and linear with full access rules already setup
