which one is correct do u have any ideas?

Well,I guess blockchain still has some conceptual confusion. I do research about "hybrid layer2's" @Vitalik.eth and BOB use different definitions.
Vitalik:Using mixing of  scalability solutions.(e.g. new solution between validium and roll-up)
BOB:Layer2 solution which connects different chains (kinda interoperability)

Well, I started to make reading about private voting. Do you have any recomendations?
