- gpus (where compute happens) are one of the scarcest resources and power this ai era 
- all gpus basically come from a taiwanese company called tack, then companies like nvidia and apple buy them and design them (for example an iphone a17 chip has a tsm chip in it)
- the top semiconductors are down to 1 nanometers… that’s so tiny omg 
- multiple variables affect ai: 
>> on physical side: chips (gpus), energy, locational proximity of the data center for low latency
>> data: data size, data quality 
>> human skill: algorithm building, training, inference 
- the best output comes from purpose specific ai.. kind of similar to purpose specific chains but faster use case unlocks
- we think of oil/ gold/ stocks as rwas but there’s so many other categories like real world tokenization which unlocks authenticating supply chain sources, or opening up assets to global markets 
- blockchains truly help global coordination and access
