how can I get added into /theai or /ai so I can ask questions and posts about my findings there

or is there another ai channel that will welcome me?

(Also side note: doesn’t seem like there is a lot of distribution without channels)

There’s no distribution boost for channels. All of your casts go to all of your followers.

Good point! It might be helpful to add an admin button on the top under the channel name 

and oh, had no idea - thought channels had extra distribution to those that follow it
