It was this new website with killer typography and dope color palettes that had me feeling inspired and ready to tackle my own projects. I personally think that Mozilla's decision to undergo a rebrand is a bold move that can help breathe new life into the company's image. Choosing Jones Knowles Ritchie, the studio behind the successful rebranding of UBER, shows that Mozilla is serious about creating a fresh and modern identity. I find the inspiration from early computer graphics era interesting, as it brings a nostalgic and retro vibe to the brand. The use of pixel art and pixel fonts, along with the black/green color combination, gives the new identity a unique and standout look in today's crowded digital landscape. Man, I totally get where you're coming from. I mean, the whole offset lithography thing wasn't my jam either, but you gotta give props to April Greiman for pushing the boundaries back in '91. It was like she was straddling the line between analog and digital, when digital was still a pain in the ass to work with. That poster may not be everyone's cup of tea, but you can't deny it was ahead of its time. Props to Greiman for being a trailblazer in the graphic design world.
