⭐️⭐️⭐️ Rating System & Risk Limits
1️⃣ Why it matters
Depositing into DeFi always carries risk. You can secure your wallet (link), but not fully prevent protocol hacks.
2️⃣ Minimizing risk
Analyze social activity, audits, code, investors, team, project age. Projects differ — due diligence is key.
3️⃣ Ratings
• A+ – Top-tier, time-tested
• A – Very reliable
• B – Reliable
• C – Some concern
• D – High risk
• D- – Avoid
We never use D-. C/D are rare and only if low scores come from missing data. We focus on B, A, and A+.
4️⃣ Deposit Limits
• A+ – max 40%
• A – 20%
• B – 10%
• C – 5%
• D – 2%
• D- – 0%
Even A+ gets <50%. Only AAVE, Uniswap, Pancakeswap are A+. They’re used in DeFi, not staking, so returns are lower. That’s why we use many staking strategies — higher yield, but lower ratings, so we diversify broadly.
Even if a project fails (which hasn’t happened since 2017), the overall yield covers the loss. 0 reply
