gm my friends :) bit of a tough announcement to make this morning.

i've spent the past ~2 months working on a choose-your-own adventure style comic game within a frame on FC. I have made the very difficult decision to pause and re-evaluate the project scope

the project is 95% ready to be launched, and i could feel my anxiety growing more and more the closer launch got. the project would require me to create a new comic every week within ~4 days, and would span 6 months to a year

that being said, the project is super sick. i have a few ideas for how to re-scope it into something more manageable. i'm currently thinking of either shortening the playtime (project unfolds over 1 month instead of 6-12), or releasing it all at once as a text based game

ill be posting some of the art i created over the week to come. this is really hard for me to do but i feel it is the right thing, both for myself and for the quality of art i am producing. huge thank you to @diid for all of your tech wizardry and all my playtesters :)

but for now, i need a little break. the recent move and recent life pressures have made me feel like i'm in the backseat, and exclusively working on this project distracted me from other artistic goals. time to touch grass and paint :)
