Bridging the gap between ZK research & products - The ZK Idea Maze There’s an acceleration of development in the Zero Knowledge space and now there’s a new set of doors which are opened. @avichalp & I (non cryptographers but fans of magic) are doing casual discussions about various advancements in ZK/applied cryptography and what they enable as we navigate the space ourselves. It can be tough to make sense of it all, this is meant to be a open space for exploring and hopefully inspire new developments on top of this tech In our first livestream we discussed zkVMs & zkTLS. How a company is perceived matters a lot when it comes to how the market will judge their actions. It's funny how Google had been leveraging transformers for a while to improve its products in subtle ways but when OpenAI released ChatGPT, everyone criticized Google for being too cautious. Now Apple shows how LLMs can be used to improve products without the chatbot paradigm and they're applauded for it. Don't get me wrong, I think Google was definitely too cautious and should've been more aggressive in pushing new product paradigms using LLMs openly. There was an internal chatbot already, even before ChatGPT was released. Do you remembered that Google engineer who thought the AI could feel?
