This morning I was on the car of a phv driver who horned a mum riding with her child on the bicycle. There was clearly no riding pavement, there was cars parked at the side of the road, so the mother had to ride on the road. I honestly think the issue on hand isn’t driver vs cyclist vs pedestrian. It’s road etiquette. What are some good road etiquette you’ve observed?
