Some warmup, just moving, every rep was different, zero consistency. Have you ever gotten to do a perfect rep outside of the gym? No. So donโt train like you will. Move, move well, move with strength, move with endurance, but above all move your body. Itโs insanely capable if you give it the attention it deserves
