At ETH Denver I was 190lbs my all-time heavy weight. I saw pictures and videos of myself and was pretty disappointed. Through diet and exercise I weighed in today at 170lbs. My goal weight is 160, which I think I’ll hit by the end of the year.

Boxing, which is a combo of both. I got injured training though and now I’m feeling better and need to get back at it.
