These are exciting times in decentralised, chain condition gated and e2e cryptographically secured space. For > 5 years we're looking for reliable and usable solutions; now it finally looks like their time has come:

.@litprotocol starts preselling $LITKEY on http://legion.cc for kyced users (https://x.com/LitProtocol/status/1900206012818440465). The network allows you to token gate encryption keys, control contract accounts and execute code in isolation. All being secured by an incentivised validator set.

@nillion ($NIL) went into mainnet alpha yesterday https://x.com/nillionnetwork/status/1904157568118722690, open sourced their codebase today https://x.com/nillionnetwork/status/1904518665594368413. They allow us to setup isolated HIPAA compliant privacy clusters and can run code (or LLMs) operate on decrypted data inside TEEs.

After merging with Ceramic, Textile today announced to transform into an np foundation https://x.com/recallnet/status/1904528305136562273 called Recallnet on Twitter. They've integrated all the original parts and even expose them as an MCP server to be easily adopted by agentic AI https://docs.recall.network/tools/mcp

With bold, crypto activism oriented statements TACo fka Nucypher also solves the "decentralised end to end" encryption use cases, mostly to render centralised key managers obsolete. It's not too far off Lit, but with a dedicated usecase. https://taco.build

After years in the making, this all still feels like the very beginning of secure decentralised data. Countless approaches have been consolidated, so chances are good that we're seeing some winners here! Now is the time to build and utilise them for applications and agentic ai.
