Gm fren ☕ I hear your frustration and you made some valid points about the arbitrary nature of new metas. Whenever I reach that point, I try and take a step back and remember I am playing in a sandbox where nobody really knows what they are doing, because it hasn't been done before. In this case I either trust the people running the project to do their best or I don't. I personally trust the Degen crew, I don't agree with every decision, but they have a history of working hard to make things right when an idea doesn't work out as they plan. 🍖x123 13 $degen

its a philosophical thing or whatever you wanna call it, ss. its not that i dont trust anyone but i cannot support this big brother setup. they think they're so above it all that they didn't even ask for the mods permission to be in the group. thats just disrespectful. i won't come around to this one. i will use my allowance daily to mock the new config until i get tired of it or people get tired of me. :)

to make sure I understand, you are saying they picked people to be mods and didn't ask if they wanted the job? If that's correct, it's pretty easy for people who don't want to participate as mods not to participate. they have been asked to join, but are not required to do so. Degen has been growing and it needs help to keep growing. it's so much bigger than a two person project. if people the community feels are a good fit for the job want to participate in this process great. if they don't, I don't think there are any negative consequences to them. you have to make your own decision and I respect that. I wouldn't be spending my valuable time writing this if i didn't value you as part of this community. of course i will respect your decision whatever you decide and continue to be your friend.

i appreciate you, ss! me being frustrated with degen doesn't mean i'll leave warpcast me being frustrated with degen doesn't mean that my degen isn't still locked for 75 more days. i have no choice but to stick around for a bit ;)
