My team is building an epic NFT project right now.  It's hard to decide whether to build in public or stealth or somewhere in between.  I've seen countless examples of success on either side. How do ya'll think about that?

100% share core ideas in public, so you can collect feedback. Meanwhile , share more sensitive doubts / questions in 1-to-1 meetings.

A tricky part is that if an experimental project builds in public, there is some risk of someone else doing it first...

I've been building in public for a while but would love for a world where being public doesn't matter where we let the code speak for itself.

Right now projects that are experimental vs long term infra it matters most IMO.
