So after some research. It seems that the first token deployed by Clanker is Salami. Blockchain never lies. Dyor. Ty for the find @mikefast Hehe I have been searching this for 3 days now. 

$Salami was deployed on nov 7th 07:14
$RKT was deployed on nov 8th 03:45
$Runner was deployed on nov 8th 08:44 
After several tokens @proxystudio.eth updated clanker.
$TT was the first to deploy AFTER was offline for a few days. With many other tokens. This was on nov 19th.
