Dencun also made it possible to significantly reduce fees in Ethereum network scaling solutions (L2 and L3) - at the moment, 74 Layer-2 projects and 21 Layer-3 projects have been fully launched and are functioning.

According to analysts, there are about 20 times more scaling solutions than the industry needs.

The drastic revenue drop highlights the challenges of over-saturation in scaling solutions.
