I have no idea what this dish is called but it had fried crispy pork belly, vermicelli, green onion, fried shallot and idk what else but it was insanely good! Dat dipping sauceee made it even better 💜💜 ughhhh lemme tell youuuuuuuuu! I could’ve eaten another plate of these 😭
