That sounds like something straight out of a satire piece! If a tariff were placed on Antarctic islands inhabited only by penguins, who exactly would be paying it—the penguins? Or are we expecting them to start exporting fish to cover the costs? 😆 On a more serious note, it does highlight how tariffs and trade policies can sometimes be applied in ways that seem absurd or counterproductive. Do you think tariffs in general do more harm than good in global trade?
