Don't be afraid to pivot into a better opportunity or pivot into a sub-problem that’s a no-brainer to tackle like SpaceX realizing they could sell internet service with Starlink 

Stay nimble, stay curious

History is full of examples where companies pivoted and ended up being hugely successful by tackling problems they hadn't initially set out to solve. Slack, Nintendo, and SpaceX all made massive shifts that paid off. The key is being open to new opportunities and not getting stuck in one vision just because it was the original plan.
