I’m pushing PRs every hour that would take about 4 with cursor. I pushed 5 today. I think it realistically makes me 3x more productive.

That’s still insane. Unfortunately most other devs I hire don’t know how to use it, they are stubborn about learning

Ya I use it a lot. I think devs that are “too senior” for ai are mostly stuck in the past.

Maybe it was you that asked a few weeks ago if it helps senior devs and most said it only raises the floor.

And my thoughts were those senior devs aren’t people I want to hire.

Generally using AI more. Combination of cursor or another AI-powered IDE + prompting the AIs directly in chat.

A _lot_ of devs tried it at some point, found it meh, and dont use it much or only use ghost autocomplete.
