trying out the full @bryanjohnson blueprint stack this month (2 days in)

it’s a masterclass in building a high trust brand - hoping the product is the same quality 

favorite part so far is the longevity mix. 

least favorite was ripping cork in half during unboxing

how is it? how's it compared to something like ag1?

I haven’t looked into it. But as it’s processed, is it actually that healthy?

haven't tried ag1 or know friends who have. Previously I've only tried a small amount of supplements but never had a consistent routine

this has been nice to treat as a light meal to take everything with in the morning - nutty pudding doesn't taste great so needs a few add-ons for flavor. 

Olive oil has been my least favorite, pill version would be way more convenient
