Your speaking from an outside perspective and thats fine, its not your job to understand the inner workings of a project your not involved in.... would love to chat about it if you genuinely interested in learning about what happened and whats currently going on. I've been involved for a little over 2 years. Long story short, floor price doesn't really mean anything to Nouns - I know, that sounds wild, but its true. We have a community treasury of over $17M, plus we have daily auctions & we're staking a majority of our the treasury which earns yield - we're doing just fine... yet projects like Moonbirds who raise $75M - what does their community have to show for it? A fanny pack & a pair of socks? We have $17M for the community to use, its powerful utility.

I’ve heard the same responses from nouns holders for two years. It’s almost a cult. We made 17m. By pooling all our money together. Well by pooling significantly more. But that’s what remains. I’ve read and researched it over the years. Spoken to people from nouns at events. And seeing what nouns sponsors. Even applying for mini nouns grants in the past. You have a lot of money remaining. And I hope you can figure something out to do with it. Your treasury used to be 50m+. And imho the smarter people took their money and moved on because they realised not much was happening with it sitting in the DAO. If you want to stake eth you can. You don’t need a DAO to buy steth.

When you say Mini Nouns grants are you referring to /lilnounsdao or are you talking about the small grants program that was ran by a Nouns holder? There’s a major difference on what your experience would have been like depending on your answer. Also, yes we have $17M left - but we’ve also spent around $53M on community proposals & donations, so it’s an active community. Clearly you have your mind made up about Nouns & that’s okay. If you’re ever interested in participating in Nouns or any of the SubDAOs you’ll be warmly welcomed. Enjoy the rest of your week ☺️
