Not at all. Most artists in this space cannot be considered builders as they are not taking the time to deeply understand the tech they're working with. And there are a massive amount of artists making NFTs.

I’d have considered artists in the builder camp. Building art and tech same sort of thing. Both here to sell something to others as well.

That's fair! Though I wonder if it makes sense to call all NFT sellers builders. Aren't they just users? My thought is this: when you create a collection on OS - their unverified shared contract w metadata on centralized storage - are you building? I think perhaps building requires deploying. Or using Hyperstuctures.
