2. Anyone can buy

3. No one can sell until X date years in the future

4. Founding team allocation has an additional X date + Y months after the unlock

In my mind what could only work is a token-oriented project that distributes USDC/ETH/WBNB whatever to its tokenholders monthly/quarterly. Only this (imo) would work as a refrain from massive dumps - i don’t even know if I’m explaining myself here

No idea. But better than the current model if you're in theory long-term oriented.

Yeah the issue with this model is that sometimes the “tax” does not catch out with the price action.

I think this is why @dwr.eth suggest launching illiquid at all with clear terms from the beginning
