That's originally Nicola Tesla's argument, expressed in his article for The Century Magazine, June 1900. As you can see, nothing changed. Except that now drones kill people too.

Oof, that's a dark take, and not easily dismissed. I think growth is part of all nature though, so hard to see how created culling is helpful vs evolutionary culling. Is war evolution? Another rabbit hole. I do think robots will enter war, but war isn't about killing more of the other person, it's about power.
