Friends, there is a restaurant in St. Petersburg called “Birch” that many people want to get into, but you have to book a month in advance. I’ll let you in on a secret: this restaurant has a “daughter” restaurant called “Betulla”. It’s much easier to get there, the food is incredibly tasty and beautiful. Judge for yourself: these are just 2 dishes from the tasting set. I highly recommend trying it.

It's hard to say what I liked the most. There are 2 dishes in the photo. In general, I ordered a tasting set: 9!!! different dishes. One is tastier than the other! The second photo is not a dessert. You won't believe it: it's halibut in a delicate cheese sauce with a net of cuttlefish ink! 😊
