A friend reached out to me to ask what Web3 squadrons are, as he was perplexed and wondered if the web3 industry is already becoming fully centralized. As we all know, the word "Squadron" is a term used in the military to delineate a group of warships detached on a particular duty or under the command of a flag officer. My response to him was: Squadron is originally a military word but the same essence and methodology of the word "Squadron" has also been applied to the web3 industry to help stabilize the actions of the members of diverse web3 communities.
