Promised myself to make this a personal holy day. On May 4 1970 Ohio National Guard fired upon Kent State U students protesting the Vietnam War and US invasion of Cambodia, killing students Allison Krause, Jeffrey Miller, Sandra Scheuer, and William Schroeder, and wounding 9 others.

#kentstateremembranceday The significance of this tragedy is perhaps greater today than ever, with students again being persecuted by the mic in the name of war. I've always said the struggle revealed by 60's youth never ended.
