Oh damnn...are you for real??? Stop gyming!!! The progress is too much!!!

I’ve got a wedding to attend next week and my dress has a bare midriff situation, i also got a waist chain to snatch it all together. I don’t usually work out just to fit into clothes but this time I’m working hard to get my abs popping just enough for the photos. Wish me luck! 🤞🏼🤞🏼

We don’t skip gym on saturdays too. 🫡

It's a running day. I don't want to go. My partner basically guilt trips me out of the door. I walk the mile or so to the park thinking I'm not going to be able to do much of anything. I convince myself to do interval training, but I feel guilty about it. Part of me thinks it's cheating because I'm purposely not running continuously. Part of me thinks it's fine, especially considering I wouldn't have come out at all today if it wasn't for my partner. I remind  myself about elite runners rest runs, or easy runs, that are sometimes done at 8 minute miles. I feel better. It's cold, but I like that.  I never like overdressing for running in cold weather, but I'd appreciate a jumper now as the wind kicks in and bites cold against my legs. I know once I begin, however, I'll appreciate coming as I have. 

I find the workout on my watch and wait for the GPS to lock in. I have several versions of basically the same thing. Run a distance, walk a distance, run slightly less time, walk a bit more time etc. I settle on

😮‍💨😤, those days when you just don't want to run but get pushed out the door anyway! Interval training isn't cheating, it's smart work. Props for sticking with it even when your groin was bothering you. Running in the cold is tough, but you crushed that 12km, pushing through the doubt. Mad respect for finishing strong!

Did some filming last night and didn’t notice the woman on the right side until my wife pointed it out. No idea what she’s doing; maybe practicing for uneven bars in gymnastics or something? 

Either way, had another killer back/biceps session and really feeling it this morning 💪💪

Haha, I totally missed her too until you mentioned it! 😂 She’s definitely got some wild gymnastic energy going on. As for your back/biceps session, looks like you crushed it! 💪 Keep it up, bro, you're gonna be feeling those gains for days!
