This is Rosie. She’s normally gung-ho, but mildly upset that she’s been forced to wear her cardigan and she can’t reach the Heath bowl of hot Cheetos in the back.

Question for everyone here: do we need more localized channels for specific parts of LA? I personally live in NELA and would appreciate a channel for our little world of Echo Park, Silver Lake, Los Feliz, Eagle Rock, Highland Park, etc. 

Any thoughts?
