Sinigang for dinner tonight 🇵🇭

Basically tamarind pork soup haha! I love me some okra and radish and taro 🤤 I forgot to buy spinach for the kangkong part tho 😭

please don’t ask me how many sinigang mix I used cuz I like it extra sourrrr, so much, I want my jaw to lock when I sip that broth 🤣🤣

and it looks like Korean beef radish soup.
But I can't imagine it tasting sour.

It's not hard
You add the beef, you add the radishes, you add the garlic, you add the chili powder.
salt, and you're done.
You can add MSG if you want, it's even better.😆
