I think it was too focused on the alfa/degen flow ponzinomics, which never made sense mathematically except as a ponzi that continually needed to be fed with new users. Plus, they gave insane amounts of alfa to early users, etc. and gave them an unfair advantage, which definitely only exacerbated the ponzinomics.
