I've never talked about my job before, but I work for an IT company. Since I do a lot of desk work, I need a change of pace sometimes, so I try to have lunch outside. I also go for walks afterwards. It's too hot right now, though... Do you guys do anything to take a break during work?

I always find a place to rest for a bit, such as the company's emergency stairs, the rooftop, a nearby cafe, or a convenience store, and take a break.
