Warpcast's fixed fee was a little high for low cost mints like @moshicam. We now use a variable fee for mints under ~$3 USD. 

This applies everywhere: you may see a small discount on @zora mints too.

Yes, you should see it everywhere now! Not every mint is exactly 60 warps, the price will be variable depending on the total cost of the mint.
