Happy Fish Fry Friday! ๐ FFF ๐ฅ I had katsuo (bonito) cutlet with plum filling today. Normally, cutlets are eaten with Tonkatsu sauce, but this one was served with a bonito broth-based dipping sauce. The combination of the katsuo cutlet and the rich umami of the bonito broth created an incredible depth of flavor. It was so delicious that before I knew it, I had finished the whole thing!10/10๐

10/10 ๐ Must be pretty tasty. I've only ever eaten bonito as sashimi.
