$NEKOYA Foods (created by @eiteengo) proudly presents today's special: Stir-fried Crispy Catfish with Chili and Ginger "ผัดพริกขิงปลาดุกฟู" 

This dish features crispy fried catfish, prepared by grilling the fish, flaking the meat, and deep-frying it until golden.  The crispy fish is then stir-fried with fragrant Thai curry paste, creating a spicy and sweet flavor profile.  The dish is served with steamed rice and presented in a unique, edible basket made from deep-fried taro.

Simply a woman who loves nature and photography (no pro here!).

It's a little spicy and goes well with rice. Each restaurant's food has slightly different details in making it, but it's delicious.
