One of my favorite ramens : Taiyo Tomato Ramen. 
The soup base is the chicken version of tonkotsu , and the concentrated umami from the tomatoes explodes in your mouth. Naturally, it goes great with cheese. It's a unique and interesting flavor that's neither fully Japanese nor Western.

I really want to try tomato ramen!

I wonder what the flavor will be like!

I‘ll definitely try it on this trip to Japan.요.
