yes it is ! Bingsu is milk-based Korean shaved ice dessert. sometimes I do for my sister. freeze milk+condensed milk and shaved it.

Bingsu is Korean style , Japan is Kakigori right ? for Thailand it's call Whan-yen Whan = Sweet , Yen = cold. And they always eat with topping of choice.
